Over Eden sits utop the roof of a hotel in Lawrenceville, Pittsburgh that formerly housed a technical trade school. This era of industrial architecture informed our structed typographic choices. Our goal was to create an identity that felt like a complete departure from the urban space below, and to create our own cocktail garden oasis above. The name references the side street along the building, Eden Way. In a neighborhood when outdoor dining space and views are not often an option, this rooftop garden bar stands alone as a lush fifth-story hangout.
